EA FC25 Playtime matches resetting with every game session
I've been playing UT for a couple of days now, and I've realized that the counter for playtime and the matches I've played resets every time I close the game. This is both for the counter in the game and for the companion app. I've set a limit for the daily number of matches, but with the matches not being counted correctly, it obviously doesn't work. I have thoroughly followed the article on how to enable playtime both in the game and the companion app, and playtime is shown as being collected, but the data is completely incorrect. Matches are being counted during a single session but then "disappear" when I close the game. I've played enough games on UT to be promoted to Division 7, but the playtime counter still says that I have played 0 matches. Is this a known bug? Is there anything I did wrong or anything I can do about it? I’m trying to unlock transfer market on mobile and that’s based on playing 3 matches a day. But now I have no idea if the system is tracking those matches being played or not. I also can only list players for 99 coins on the marketplace.
