Quick sell restores always 0 even after timer reset.

Hello everyone, 

I was hoping that someone has an answer for my issue since EA support can't do nothing for me. 

Today I finished the Icon Eto SBC and by accident, due to being super tired, I ended up quick selling the player instead of sending it to my club. 

When going to quick sell recover it's show that I have 0 restores available. 

This is where my issue comes into play. 

I only used the recover feature once, and it was months ago. 

Hows is it possible that I have 0 restores when it's suppose to reset every 30 days or so? 

On top of that the timer was reset 10 days ago, i haven't use the recover feature at all and still have 0 restores available? 

Got in touch with ea support and they say there's nothing they can do? 

 

If someone has an answer before the 7 days go past, it would be greatly appreciated.

  • Either this could be a bug with your account Or someone (friend/family) who has access to your account used these recoveries 10 days ago.

    I'm certain no one used my account in my house hold. 

    If it's a bug with my account wouldn't  EA support be able to see or do something about it  or see it when I was in touch with them yesterday?

    Yes, if it's a bug then EA help should be able to assist you. As far as I understand, to count a bug, there should be a significant number of affected users. In this case, you only reported this one.

    Maybe try to raise a case with EA help again and, on the other hand, please again cross-check with friends/family who might have accessed your account 10 days back.

    I could cross check that x amounts of times. I'm 100% certain that no one used my account. 

    I get that it has to be a fair amount of people to report this bug so they can look into, but the least they could do is to compensate or reverse the situation that I found myself at. 

    At the end of the day we pay good money for this games and we should be treated accordingly.
