EA FC25 transfer market yet to gain access on web app and companion why?playing game since 4 days might have played 100 matches but no access to transfer market on web and companion app why?

I have had an EA account since 2008 and played 100s of games in FC24. I purchased the Ultimate version of FC25 and played consistently since launch last week yet still don't have access to the transfer market on the web app or companion!!The playtime feature consistently disables and resets on its own. It's a joke having to 'earn' access to a feature of a game that you spent £70+ for. Sort it out!!!

Hello Boys and Girls, i have a problem. I cant get acsess to the transfermarket trough the fc 25 web app. It says i need to earn it and play a couple of matches to unlock it for a few days, however i played it since friday now and i still dont get any acsess to the market. My account exist since 2017 or something so its not a new account either. How can i unlock it so i can use the transfermarket trough the web app ? please help, any suggestions what i can do ?thank u and much love <3

@capitanii Read the article above if you have been banned or have multiple accounts it takes longer. Other than that just keep playing and it will u lock eventually.

Hi! I'm playing on console from six days (three matches per day) but transfer market on Web App it's not available. What more can I have to do?

hello Barry,
a lot of us are still waiting. We have been playing for 12 days and the pre release has been on September 20th!
we have paid a good amount of money for the pre release and the game. Is there any news?
all support cases are getting closed with the mention that the case has been solved.
3-4 days are okay but I have never waited more than a week. Now it’s 2 weeks.
any solution for me?

I am very dissatisfied with EA.
I have played more than 3 games every day since September 20th,
but I still can't access the transfer market.
The play time is reset every time.
I played 10 games yesterday, but when I look at it again today, it looks like 0 games.
I am very disappointed in EA for allowing such stupid bugs.
