Ea help
Hi,
I started a case to dispute a ban on pc via ea help, asking for a explanation as to why I was banned. I have seen my case being updated every few hours for over 7 days now and I'm still not hearing anything back. Am I missing something?
Hey @lxjkn The "Updated" status on your case may suggest that you have logged in to review your case. If the status still shows "In Progress," it indicates that the investigation is still ongoing. You will receive an email with all the details once it's completed, and the status will change to "Resolved." It may take a couple of days, depending on the current volume of the queue.
