why are my players slow not letting me defend no 1 runs the game is so **bleep** now it needs sorting out or i want my money back ea best sort this out now

Depends who you bought it from for a refund. Sony Microsoft or ea. if from ea the have the great game guarantee you have 24 or 72 hours if experiencing technical issues.
