EA Refuse to unban me

I play EAFC25 on PC with EA Play Pro and a few days ago my account got suspended.

The reason they gave was 'We have detected that your EA SPORTS FC™ Account is participating in the distribution of Coins, this is against our rules'. Now at the start of this year I decided to add 100K FC Points (yes i know... but i enjoy the game so whatever) so after opening all my packs and buying some cards I was shocked to receive that email.

I thought oh it must've been a mistake that should be fine, I'll just follow the instructions to appeal it. After appealing it I got this response 

'Hello,

We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision.

Please do not expect further responses on this matter.'

Weird. But at the end it had another appeal. I appealed it 3 different times and got the exact same robotic response.

What do I do?

I spent 100K FC Points, bought EA Play Pro for a year and now I can't even use the Transfer Market on my account and EA won't respond on Twitter unless you have 100,000 followers, the EA Live chat are nice, but can't help and the Appeal system just sends me the same automated response even though I ask what flagged the ban.

  • @Harry_D_12354 The tos team would have to review your ban. I believe you can do 3 appeals. After that or when they say you have no more appeals nothing more you can do.

    Only you and ea would know what’s going on with your account. Eventually after they look into it there isn’t anything more that can look at and the ban will either be overturned or stand.
  • That would make sense why I get the same automated response then. That's really upsetting to hear, they really need a new system in place.

  • @EA_Darko I've spoke to the TOS team and keep getting the same automated response. Surely I can do something else? I have had my account for 10+ years and spent a lot of money, including 100K FC Points this year which is quite a lot.

    It wouldn't make sense to buy/sell coins.
  • @EA_Darko So I spent nearly £1000 less than a week ago and I can't even use any of it? Surely that's not legal.

    No one will tell me what caused my account to get flagged.

    I sold some silver items for 5K.
    I sold some Romero's for 8k.
    I bought an icon at minimum price.

    Those are the only things I can imagine would have got flagged, but none of those are against TOS and I can't believe I can't get a real response from anyone.

    Hey @Harry_D_12354 all questions around your sanction need to be addressed with our TOS team.

    They are the only ones who can assist you with this.
