EA robbed me of a win on champs

Hello EAFC Support, I’m reaching out regarding an issue I experienced during my FUT Champions match. I had just finished a game which I won 8-1, but right before I could redeem the result, the game glitched and froze on the post-match screen. I waited for about 10 minutes, but nothing changed, so I had to refresh the game. Unfortunately, when I returned, my win did not count towards my record, even though the match was clearly completed. You can verify this by checking my match history, where the 8-1 win is visible. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and make sure the win is properly counted toward my Champs progress. Thank you.

I was winning the game at the last minute & ea decided to disconnect me from the game. My system is hard wired, I had no drops in connection but ea decided, "Not Today"

 This is the last fc game I will ever buy because this game is clearly rigged.

I just finished a game of champ and won and right when I would get to redeem I got hit with an unable to connect with ea. I didn’t get the win and got counted as a lost. I have video proof if needed.

Hi EA Support,

I was playing a Champions match in EA FC25 and was winning 4–0 when my opponent quit. Normally, this should count as a win, but instead, I received the message:

"Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment."

I was sent back to the main menu, and when I re-entered FUT Champions, the match was counted as a loss instead of a win.

This is really frustrating as it affects my progress unfairly. Could you please look into this and let me know if anything can be done to fix it?

I was playing this weeks new shapeshifters Ut champs when my opponent left the game. So it went through the usual process and as I went to claim the win it booted me of and said I DNFed. This cost me two wins from where I had five I should have had 7. The games were also having random lag spikes which is unusual as my games usually never lag. Please hop you can resolve this issue immediately as my rewards were for 4 wins and not 7 thank you.

literally the same thing happened to me rn. i was up 5-2 and the game threw me out of futchamps. already lost to a hacker the previous game, now im 0-3 because of this bs

It counted as a win here but as far as champs rewards it’s a loss… I’m 1-1

I was winning 4-0 in the 80th minute and I somehow lost connection. It said it would look at the results and see. But it counted as a lose. I’m tired of it. Fix it and give me my win. Go and look into this please it’s upsetting.

I was winning 5-1 in fut champs and my opponent left but it disconnected me from the match and I got the loss for it.
