error discarded items cannot be loaded quick sell recovery tool not working

So i quick sold 99 messi after a match because i was mad and when i try to recover him and press quick sell recovery on both web and companion it loads for a lot of time and it says error discarded items cannot be loaded and i cant recover him i tried every solution ea employees told such new zealand time zone,changing browsers,clearing cache and cookies,refresh and relog and i am sure i have recoveries and the quick sell happened yesterday so it is in the 7 days period.please help he is my best player
