hello, i had played the FUT since it release and recently i tried to use the companion app but it says that i havent created a team. when i tried to access FUT on my console it shows Let's Get Started and when i click the pack it says "error accessing this feature . please try again." how can i resolves this issue?
Opened the game one day ( 1-2 months ago) and this message popped up. I have been playing the game all year and already have an account and team I have been using. But all of a sudden, the message just popped up one day, and I haven't been able to log into my Ultimate team since. I have tried deleting and downloading the game again multiple times to no avail.

I did recently and they told me "they would be reporting this issue on my behalf so that their game team can investigate this for me"
They also said i can visit their AHQ to see if i can find a similar issue and upvote if possible so that it can be highlighted
