FC 25 BIG INPUT LAG ON 92/100 Conection quality report

Game is unplayable, at least 1 second delay. It’s a bit better in Rush, but in Rivals and Champions, everything is so slow. Is it possible to change servers for some players or something like that? I’ve paid for the game, new PS5, and I’m just losing my nerves trying everything to fix this, with no help from anyone. I can’t post a video to show it here—only files smaller than 3MB. So disappointed! My EA connetion quality is 92/100 and so BIG input delay - that cant be true! Tried everything, new monitor, new controler, new console, changing settings and no help. Give me answer for this EA!!! Few times game was so fast after 00:00 but and i really liked how fast everything was. But it was 2 or 3 days in these 2 months trying to play.
