Fc 25 not opening / only showing background

When i open UT, it doesnt show anything except this screen. Ive tried restarting and waiting for a day. 

Before it happened i got a (i believe) pick 3 of 10 80+ players card. i presser it to open it, and then the game froze before openening (all the animations still worked, just no buttons coulddo anything etc.) upon restarting i got the screen as shown in the picture. 

Please help, I paid money to get this BS

    I fixed it by logging into my acc on the EA FC app, and claiming the item

    @Mythyx,

    Can I ask what troubleshooting steps you've tried already? Have you already tried a reinstall?

    Also, just to check, do you only get this in UT? Or also in other game modes?

    I reinstalled it, which took 23 hours haha,

    didnt work.

    It only seems to happen in UT. i have a strong suspicion it has to do with the pick 3/10 80+ card, as it first happened when opening that (with that i mean the game froze and i couldnt press any buttons.  Upon restarting i got the screen as shown below. The music still playes, the background is still animated, just no menu or any working buttons.)

    Pretty sure its only UT.

    Im gonna try to download the Fc25 app and see if i can claim the item there to fix it. dont have much hope tho, please help
