Does anyone know what’s going on? My FC Hub has been locked for several days. I’ve tried everything: uninstalling the Companion App, reinstalling it, restarting the PS5 and the game multiple times, logging out and back in, sending data manually and automatically — and the FC Hub is still locked. Can someone help me with this?

Ps5, Fc25, fc hub is locked, cant access packs after winning games and moving up levels. September 11,2025. Canada. This started about a week ago. Same with the fc25 companion app on my android phone.
Fc hub is unlocked.. back to normal now but i still didn't get any if my rewards and my level keeps going down on its own.. please advise..
The whole companion app is down. No way to see progress and collect rewards
Last night September 14, 2025. I played all 12 squad battle games and didn't even get one pack or reward. And i was level Elite 1.
