I think I saw someone say if you don’t open the game you can get a refund. I believe that was for Sony. You can always contact who you bought the points from not sure about ea or xbox. Maybe someone with more knowledge would know.

RadioShaqs is completely right. There's no way to transfer points from FC 24 to FC 25, and your best bet is to reach out to your retailer to see if you can get a refund.
