fc points

hi I bought 1600 fc points from playstation stor from 5 days and i didn't got them can someone help me

    You can always follow the steps listed in this article on our website on: How do I find my EA SPORTS FC™ Points?
    As mentioned above, double-check your purchase history and confirm whether those are FC 25 or FC2 points and if the transaction has been completed.
