Fc points

Hello everyone

Just wondering if anyone agrees with me that there shouldn't be a form of currency to use in game that can't be earned in game?

What if you lived in a country where the highest value currency was not attainable from working there, but you instead need an even more valuable currency from another country to trade in for it. That's sort of the way that feels to me. Unfortunately this scenario exists in reality, but I would argue that it is not a good model.

Even if you can buy them, you should be able to earn them while playing, I think this would go a long way in terms of building trust and making things fair for people in all conditions and circumstances.

At the very least the amount of coins you can get from playing matches should be significantly increased, we should be able to afford evolutions. I have had to skip so many evolutions, I haven't bought any store packs, or players over 28k all year, and I am only clinging onto 1.3m, which seems like plenty until you realize that is only a season pass and 3 or 4 evolutions. People don't all just have money to burn, and they need a better opportunity to compete.

Please anyone, tell me what you think.

All the best to everyone!

I don't call it pay to win, but the season pass and evolutions are known outcomes, that everyone should have access to.

I know that you don't just automatically get what you want because you pay, but maybe I can just clarify my position a little better.

I just want to be able to do those things that everyone should be able to do, and if like I said I get lucky with a tradeable pack, I can use that income to get a player I want, rather than collect it because I know next season will set me back 500k if I want to have a chance at, what, getting that same player.

Plus it is more rewarding to do sbcs than to play and or win matches, which is wrong.

All the best to you both!

I don't mind spending money at all on the game I enjoy, and I do it a lot. But the truth is it does not benefit you in any way. People are so wrong calling it pay to win game.

  • I think they are pricing it so you should spend money on it. I can remember people saying they wouldn’t mind spending on season passes or even players it’s the randomness of packs they dislike. So now we have evos and season passes.

I never liked the idea when people brought it up and think packs are fine but here we are. I don’t know how people will afford it at the start of the year besides fp.

Unless people start asking for less I don’t see it changing. We will likely keep getting more.

I just want them to price the season pass and evolutions to where I can afford them by playing matches, and leave the store packs for the spenders. If I get lucky with a tradable pack, I will be able to buy a player or two off the market. Why would they not want someone like me to be able to enjoy the crucial aspects of the game?

They have to get paid, I understand that, but so do we. So I think that things should balance out a little bit, and if not increasing coin rewards, then please give us a way to earn points. You won't get paid if people can't afford to, and money is only getting tighter.

    All the best to you!

  • They are not allowed to advertise cheating. The problem is ea can’t do anything on another platform.  What would be nice if YouTube would actually remove their accounts on there. Ea was doing ban waves on their accounts in game so they began to hide their details in videos to avoid it. When they do get banned they won’t announce it and neither will ea.

We need less rewards sbcs evos worse packweights ect. More isn’t better and will only make it worse.

When we got only 800-900 coins you could play the game more and spend a minimal amount of time trading. When you did buy fp it had more value.

Thats why I said I understand and want microtransactions to a degree but not what they are now. The real problem is people want it as much as ea does. Ea wouldn’t keep adding more and more if there wasn’t a demand for it.

    Hello RadioShaqs

I get it, but it would be different to me if coins were given in a far more generous manner. I mean, when you look at the price of everything, it is obvious that points are prioritized.

To think about the fact that in the average match, I can only earn 800-900 coins, how am I supposed to be able to actually enjoy the game and also have an actual life?

You have rightly pointed out continually how promo overload has decreased market value, but it actually only makes things harder for people like me. Tradable packs are too infrequent and worthless, so I still can't afford the players I actually want. And I would be okay with that, but now even evolution prices are designed to bankrupt you.

And by the way, WHY are people still being allowed to trade and advertise trading coins? I personally have seen items with for example an active bid of 1.8m, a buy now price of 2m, and I can only list for 45k, and can find the item listed for 28k. And the influencers (who have none over me), do they ever get punished for what they do, because I'm aware that people do get banned. Sorry for the soliloquy, but as I've said before I am all about fairness.

    All the best to you!

  • I think people want to spend money on games.  This is why companies started microtransactions because the want was there to begin with. Like with Diablo people did it outside of the game. So the companies might as well control and stop the scams that happen otherwise.

I mean I am not thrilled with microtransactions but people want and need them.
