Hi I cannot find a game in div 10 because I believe it's been transfered from previous season

Similar situation here. In Div 7 because of my ranking in last year's game, have managed to play a handful of rivals games but now stuck searching for opponent before it eventually times out. Have tried exiting the mode, coming back in, restarting the game but still having the same issue. Is the game really that dead?
Na I think it's a server issue seems to be widespread
