I contacted them and they said it should be resolved within 48-72 hrs and I’d get an email if the issue is from their side and the case would be closed if there’s a fix. My case closed an hour after this and I still didn’t get an email. I have 3 rewards left and they didn’t even see to know or mention there was a cap
