Future Stars EVO ruined..

Question

I was grinding my future stars evo pisilli yesterday. While doing the objectives I received DLP++ evo and i thought this was part of future stars evo. When I used it I noticed my academy player has absurdly changed rarity to evolutions II !! This is unacceptable my whole grind was for nothing and I lost my future stars evo... I do not want this evo, i did it thinking it was part of future stars evo.. i need my future stars academy player back!! there wasnt enough information what not to do, now i lose the whole point of the promo.. just because a stupid role evo i am losing my favorite player.. Im sure there is a way to take this back or put the correct version of the player by EA, but to be honest there should be a feature to roll back evos for a limited time like a day for cases like this..&nbsp;

Exact same thing happened to me. I contacted EA Help but just got a copy & paste response about how hundreds of thousands of users (do they really have that many people playing this game?) are experiencing the same problem and "the team" is investigating it. Whilst the issue is under investigation, EA Support are not allowed to change anything in-game for anyone. Couldn't give an ETA but said they will come up with a fix "as soon as possible".

Basically, nothing will happen and the Future Stars event is ruined for us.

Same here.. this is a joke.. a role ++ evo from the Event!! And you can't use it for your Event Player?!? Come on EA.. pls fix this&nbsp;

EA please fix this, it should have been stated at the start that you can't put the academy player into normal evos, but not only that this came from an objective labeled future stars which is why confusion would probably happen like this and end up ruining the promo for me and other players. Additionally the challenge to do the evolution is the same as all the playstyle evolutions which promotes even further confusion. Please come up with some sort of fix as this promo is useless at this point.
