fcpoints in fc25

Good evening! The 1050 FC points in fc25 I purchased haven't appeared for 48hours in my account?? Why is this happening??

    Hi, I think a few have had the same issue, if you follow this thread here FC Points issue its being resolved and there going to post an update when they have one

    or if you reach out to EA Support they may be able to help

    Will it be solved automatically?? I'm trying to send the receipts but don't know which email?
