Hello, I have been playing EA FC like crazy for about 2 years. When the new game came out, I entered the game through a different platform. After playing the 10-hour trial, I received a warning saying I was banned. When it came to Xbox GamePass these days, I decided to check again and it still hadn't come. I tried to find the reason and couldn't understand it. I would be glad if you could help me (I sent it to you by e-mail).

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. if you've already recahed out to our terms of service team I recommend that you wait until they finish their investigation. You can always check the status of your case here, just be careful not to resume it as that will pull it out of the queue.
