Freezing mid-game

I already have this issue since FIFA 23. When I play rivals and champs I just wish it didn't happen at the wrong time and score as many goals as I can since this issue is going to give my opponent 1-3 free goals because I literally can't do anything about it. I play on PC, intel i7-10, Gtx 1650ti, 32Gb RAM. I NEVER had an issue like this with other games before.
