Fut champs robbery

So long story short i was in fut champs when i got 7 wins and 7 losses i was in my final match when i was leading 2-0 in the 10th minute i was dominating when all of a sudden the opponent left the match and it said you lost connection like it normally does when the opponent leaves and it said that ea would check the score of the match and it didnt after 20 minutes i just entered a new match and got a insane opponent and lost so it was basically a robbery.
