unfortunately, it seems like you've just missed the cut-off date because the FC Points transfer from FC 24 to FC 25 was only possible till December 31st. The EA Help support won't be able to assist with a Points transfer either, I'm afraid.
- @EA_Vendcera But I was never informed of a cut of date when I purchased the game in November, and never received an email stating that. EAHelp have told me to contact PS Store Help for a partial refund on FC24 Ultimate edition, predictably PS Store Help say they can’t refund and it’s for EAHelp to sort out. So I’m stuck with 4500 in FC24 that can’t be transferred because an arbitrary date of 31st Dec was chosen to stop transfers. Are people buying FC25 today informed they can’t transfer their points? Doesn’t feel like putting the customer first I’m afraid, very disappointing.

- @EA_Vendcera And yet just a date at the end of the day that could be extended if EA chose to put its customers first. I appreciate your replies, I’m indeed frustrated, I’ve never been aware of this cut off in the past presumably as I’ve always preordered in previous years so never encountered it, but was unable to do so this year. Just seems a ridiculous date given how close it is to Christmas (or a very business savvy decision if I was being cynical). I suspect there’s more than a few disappointed parents & kids out there that've fallen foul of this cut off.
