@Dybala-YY-PC It doesn’t look like a bug. While it’s frustrating it’s to help stop cheating. If you have been banned or have multiple accounts it will take longer. It looks like others are starting to unlock it in other threads if they are in good standing.
Unfortunately the guidelines for this SUCK.
Constantly told it would take around 3 days playing 3 games a day and logging in and it still hasn't unlocked. Either the guidance needs to change or they need to be able to unlock manually, how can you play over 200 games in around 18 days and still not gain access?

- @N56_2007 The help article said playing more than what 3 games a day doesn’t matter. So 200 games in 18 days isn’t going to matter.
- For an Ultimate Team™ account that’s in good standing, and is the only account that’s been created on or logged in to from a device, playing two active days will normally earn you access.
So this is a lie then?
Don't defend the undefendable, the whole help article is a joke.
