Futties Season Pass issue

I just experienced a serious issue in EA SPORTS FC 25 Ultimate Team. My Season Pass progress was reset from Level 16 back to Level 2 without any reason.

The issue occurred some days ago. I am playing on PS5.

I already tried restarting the game, logging out and back in, and even deleting it, but nothing changed.

Please investigate my account and restore my correct Season Pass level. This is very frustrating, especially after spending a lot of time progressing.
