95 Ronaldinho EVO - BUG

I had a 95 FUT Birthday RONALDINHO and decided to put 2 playstyles + EVO on him from last season's battle pass rewards (Finesse & Quickstep).

I then decided to put the 99 SHOOTING & 96 PACE evolution on him from the PRE-ORDER. 

However, since yesterday last night after playing champs, out of nowhere, my 95 EVO Ronaldinho went back to his original FUT BIRTHDAY card. Both PLAYSTYLES + were removed, 99 Shooting & 96 Pace EVOLUTIONS were also removed. 

Can someone from EA please help me find this bug. I mainly purchased the pre-order due to that 99 Shooting evolution, and now its gone and cant use it anymore.
