FUTTIES training camp Evo

Question

I submitted my 90 Messi into the training camp last night. But I had two active evolutions already, I didn’t think it would matter so when I submitted it, the later didn’t go into the training camp as I could still use him and it took my 1000 fc points and it turned him into the green evo, but there was no green evo badge at the bottom corner, and on my web app he doesn’t even show up as an active evo, I really need some help with this as I’m confused.

I had the exact same thing happen to me, I contacted EA about it. They said they are looking into it to find a solution. But said they can’t guarantee that I will get my money back (500k) or that I’ll get the EVO. Absolutely horrible customer service. They just told me to wait and check for updates even tho I need to claim the first stage of the evolution in like 24 hours&nbsp;
