I had the exact same thing happen to me, I contacted EA about it. They said they are looking into it to find a solution. But said they can’t guarantee that I will get my money back (500k) or that I’ll get the EVO. Absolutely horrible customer service. They just told me to wait and check for updates even tho I need to claim the first stage of the evolution in like 24 hours
