Future star academy player pick missing

Picked Lewis hall for my future stars academy pick. Can’t find him anywhere in my club. This has been since the night the promo started and have had no help from EA at all. Can’t get into a chat anymore after the last person to try just ended the chat and that was the end. Keep getting the cases set to fixed with no outcomes

have checked quick sell recovery  was told on my first ea chat that he wasn’t submitted into an sbc and to wait 24 hours  have checked everywhere since then
