I have the same issue even i've played A LOT in a week. I haven't seen any base PS to add and idk if there was a bug or not because i dont see that objective anymore. Now my future star player only have the 2nd PS+ and cant do the Icon evo. @EA if you allow everyone to have their players why you don't extend the objectives duration to make sure no one is missed that? PLEASE listen to your users and release the objectives again
And take away the playstyle restriction on tbe icon evo, I've just put the 2nd playstyle on my future stars player and he's now not eligible for the icon upgrade even though it was an academy only playstyle upgrade
