Future Stars Evolution FIX, PLEASE

As many eafc25 members have done and been confused by, I put my future stars evolution nwaneri into an evo to add the shadow striker++ role (largely due to there not being any other progressions to grind after the first round of add ons). It would have been beneficial to make it explicitly clear that this would disrupt the chain of evos within the future stars academy or, not make it possible until the full line of progressions had been made. What is most frustrating however, especially for members who have been playing the game with much loyalty over many years, is that when an issue such as this is raised, that such a large corporation with almost unlimited resources, can't dedicate time to coming up with a solution. Instead, salt is rubbed into the wounds by explaining what should have been made clearer or not have been able to do in the first place. For members who spend a large amount of time playing and endorsing the game, and when a matter is raised pervasively throughout the community, action should be taken more seriously on EA's behalf to rectify the situation. I am requesting that this problem is addressed in an earnest way, rather than empty apologies being expressed without any meaningful response. I expect a prompt reply and thank you in advance.
