Game Crashing when selecting ultimate team

Hi i bought this game and was having fun with it 

Suddenly 2 days ago. The game crashed every single time i clicked on ultimate te

am. i can use the web app and everything but i can't play the game

i tried contacting ea. chat twice. first time they said it's a known issue. the second time they said everything is fine. and now i don't even have the option to chat with them!

T i have reinstalled the game 4 times. cleared cache as per troubleshooting steps on the ea website. deleted settings file. logged out of my account and re logged in. i don't know what else to do. i want to play fifa as i do every year. but i literally can't even play.

i fixed the files in ea app and steam.

i can play and access everything else in the game except when i click ultimate team. where the easfc will load, stutter and black screen and force close. i have tried not to sign in first as well. But when i do that it says the servers are down .

Please help. I havent been able to play at all
