Gameplay after the patch

The game is unplayable. Players move like snails and the input lag is unreal. Sometimes the game starts okay and the players move okay but then after a few minutes it just slows down. 
The players move like a truck and is impossible to drible with just the players movement.
During TOTY the gameplay was good but now it's just unplayable. 
Tried to change the settings if that would fix the problem but it does nothing. Don't know if this is just a bug or something because when I watch streamers gameplay it looks normal and they don't actually say anything about it.
