Games crashes when starting UT

Hi all, my game crashes when I open ultimate team. I have tried resetting my ps5 to fix the issue. After some digging I found that the only way to fix this is deleting my squad. I am not happy with this at all EA. I’ve spent money building my time and now it’s all gone to waste. Does anyone have a complaints link I can file for this
