Getting kicked out and DNF at the end of every match

I automatically get booted from Ultimate Team, after every match (except Squad Battles.) This happens in PS5.

This recently began after playing the latest Ultimate TOTS cup (First To mode) yesterday. None of my games are counting to my played time, EVOs aren't being updated, no coins, no wins, but only DNF.

Why is this happening? Could anyone help to connect with EA chat -- I can't seem to find the button for a live chat. Video grab from PS5, GDrive link

Greatly appreciate the video reference; kinda annoying how it only speaks to Transfers but not matches etc. wherever the ban could happen.

Oddly also I've only played the alloyed matches in the time frame, so idk how I could be violating any limits; I still need to wait for the matches to refresh. Thank you for your reply!
