Glitched Pack

Got my rival rewards this morning and opened a Mega pack, inside the Mega pack was a gold loan pack, now whenever I try and open that pack it reply’s with “there was a problem connecting to the servers” what can I do since I won’t be able to open packs otherwise, I’ve already tried uninstalling and redownloading the game ?
