Grassroots BUG!!!!

I keep getting the same player in all Grasscroots Packs. 

I feel really screwed here.....

Partially in the same pack twice Pinnock pulled... Please clarify.

From the guarantee packs from the WL Champions I got Pinnock from the season reward Pinnock and from a 83x10 this Pinnock was 2x in it (which should be impossible)...

Something is definitely wrong here and I demand help, when it comes to cheats or buying coins, the friends from Canada always react quickly but with bugs that disadvantage PLAYERS, one is mucks mouse still...
