Hacked account

Hello EA team I am here pleading for help as I’ve spoken to now two ea representatives via live chat. And my problem is my account was hacked into and the individual put my team in an SBC. The first email response I got was mentioning there was suspicious activity. Then the next response was they could not indicate any valid content loss. Then the live representative states there is nothing suspicious. Which is just ridiculous because I have put a lot of time and effort into my team just for it to be taken away and I get told to basically start over. All I want is my players back I’m not seeking no compensation, no nothing I just want my team back. Is there any way I can take my issue up further with the EA team. Because I don’t know how you can’t just give players back I’ve seen literal streamers and pros just get players dropped into a form of a pack. I please plead with the team to help me in my matter I should not be held at such loss when I was hacked into.
