My Ultimate team has been hacked, players missing and coins gone also 15 players on transfer list who I've never had, spoke to EA on chat and nothing has been done about this. I have two factor authentication enabled as well. Can anything be done about this?

I've done everything to secure my account, there's two factor authentication on already and that hasn't helped. I just want my coins back which I have lost, we spend a lot of money just to get this game, then something like this happens and we just get told to secure our accounts which have already been done.
It's ridiculous, EA don't seem to want to help either, we pay a lot just to be able to play then this happens and get nothing other than links on how to secure account.
I've had the same thing been arguing with them for the past 2 days! So basically they don't have managers to contact you and they dont have a phone number to speak to anyone and all the keep saying "there's no suspicious activity on your account " I've spoken to 2 different people and just keep going round and round in circles........
Got my accoun hacked last nigth almost 1,8 million coins gone. I’ve put more than 500€ and 250 hours to this game while i’ve been rehabing my ACL got through on ea help chat in the second attempt and they told me it would take 10 days max to them check my account.
