Hacked

My account got hacked I wanted to play for the Maldini objective when I saw I didn't have enough games left and there were also 2 players gone and 1,2 million coins and some FC points. The 2 players were also very expensive the first was Ronaldinho 95 that I packed he is 3,6 million right now but when this happend he was 4,5 million and the other player was Ronaldo 96 that I bought for 15 million. I contacted EA for this and now a week later I asked for some more information and they say to me the case is closed and I didn't hear a thing from EA about the case is closed
