Hacker in ut champs

I was 12-2 in ut champs this week and for my first time ever I had a chance at rank 2. But in my last game I faced a hacker who green timed every shot and mad my players unable to move, I want some kind of compensation for my loss, I want rank 2 rewards on my account. 

You can´t have these players on the game getting 15-0 every weekend and making us who actually playing the game take unnecessary  losses. You must be able to compensate us.
