Help me please i just got the game and i can't play anything online

i just bought fc 25, and when i tried to go in ultimate team, this message popped up, and i tried to close the game multiple time and i reinstalled it 3 times and still didn't work. Can someone please help me because the live support is useless. Thank you

    Hey, first, please make sure that there are no other applications that could block the title update installation. This could be any antivirus or VPN software. See this article for more information:  Close background applications to run the EA app

    Repair/Verify your game from the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
