Help! My Players Vanished After Buying! 😭

So, I had a bit of a **bleep** happen last Sunday (April 6th) and was wondering if anyone else has had something similar happen. I was trying to snag Dybala and Pedro for my Ultimate Team on PS5...

    Hey bourne2b  I understand that you are having trouble finding your player items.
    Please note that players cannot simply disappear from your account. If you cannot find players on your team, they may have been quick sold or used to complete Squad Building Challenges. 
    I'd recommend following this article on our website: How do I find my EA SPORTS FC™ Items and Packs?

    It also provides instructions on how to contact the team for assistance in reviewing your account history if needed.
