Historical guarantee pack scam!

I opened the 525k coin pack, "historical guarantee pack," which promised a guaranteed FUT Birthday Hero or icon. However, I didn't get either; instead, I got an informed player and random rare golds.

This was the pack, and I don't have proof, unfortunately but I SWEAR I didn't get either. please help me reach out to ea for a compensation, andfor some reason I cant send email because I get this message.
