I accidentally purchased Points on FC 24 Instead of FC 25
I accidentally purchased FC 24 points from my PS app instead of FC 25 points. How Can I transfer them or refund?

After transferring my balance from Fc24 to 25 I accidently bought a code for points which was for FC24 and not FC25, now I have 5900 points on my Fc24 account and I am unable to transfer these. It seems impossible to get onto a live chat with anyone, as I already have created a case via email but my last response I was given was on Friday? and that just told me to wait....
really , really poor help.

I have made the same mistake. There really should be a mechanism to switch the points over or get a refund. They are useless on FC24. Very quick to take the money. Any other goods or services you would be able to get a refund. It’s easy to see they haven’t been used.
Still no fix?
Anyone receive any assistance with this? My son did the same thing and we’d appreciate some assistance from EA.
