I can Not Open my playerpicks in web app

They can be opened in the game, but on the app, it's not been possible  for almost a week. 

The web app/companion is bugged but you can open it on the game itself.

Even though you can open on console or pc in game, a lot of people are on holiday or don’t have access to the actual game. Please can a workaround be sorted for the app. Surely it can’t be that hard to gix if someone from EA had a look at it.
