I can't get access to the web app (fc 25)

I’ve been unable to access the ea fc 25 web app since January 1st, 2025. I logged in tody and played the game (Ultimate Team, some Rivals), but the web app remains inaccessible.

can someone help me solve this problem?

@EA_QueenBee i'm playing on PC, i tried some solutions that the assistant gave me, but still, not solved. how can i check if the linking is clear. i used to play on epic games, now i play on the ea app (i think this is the mistake), i can't pay again on epic games just to play. is there any solution?

i think i made a mistake that made this problem i was paying the ea membership through the epic games, and now i paid the membership through the ea app.

can someone help me solve this problem?
