I can't log into my FC Companion account, but other accounts can!

"My EA account is blocked from accessing FC Companion. I've tried on several phones and PCs. The app works fine with other accounts. I believe there is a block on my account specifically for Companion, even though I'm playing Ultimate Team normally. I need an internal analysis to restore access."
