I cant play game because of this weird situation

I had a similar problem in fifa 23. bad connection, huge ping and sometimes slow mode gameplay.

it doesn't matter if you have the fastest internet in the planet, if your home router can't handle many connections from many devices at the same time, you will have issues like this.

since it was my internet, I changed the password in my router so no other wireless devices can connect to my internet except me. I use a wired connection btw. problem solved.

I saw your video, you are playing on a laptop... then the problem is your graphic card. you need a top graphic card, memory etc. you need a top desktop computer.
