I can't use the FC25 Ultimate Team web and mobile transfer market

Then who can? 
I talked to customer service yesterday and they told me only you, the community managers, can fix it - i talked to 2 people on CS, the second one was supposed to be a technical specialist but after an hours time they told me the community managers are the only ones who can help, now youre saying you cant do anything either.

Someone needs to be fired because this organization is in such disrepair, its a parody.

Why is EA paying your salary with the money I use to buy packs if you dont do anything?

They seriously need to replace staff like this, you cost them money for no reason.

Look at your playtime in settings in the game and/or the web app, for me it says i have played like 20 minutes but i have 200 hours in the game.

I think the market unlocks with play time, and with the playtime not registering correctly the transfer market never unlocks. 

This incompetent staff at EA need to go.

The same thing happened in FC24, its a known bug, but when i told the customer service this they still said "it will unlock automatically, just keep playing games" - i told them i have 200 hours and hundreds of games but they still repeated the same false statement. 

They need to fire their customer service and community managers immediately.
